He is survived by: his son Mike; his spouse Jean Ellen Carnes; his children, Cynthia Kuykendall (McNeely), Patrick of Waterville and James of Maumee; his children-in-law, Gail McNeely (Wagner) of Johns Creek, GA and Brian Tischinae of Toledo; his grandchildren, Carter Kuykendall II, Corbin Kuykendall, Cristofer Kuykendall (Corey), Jason McNeely, Jenny McNeely, Neil Tischinae (Audrey) and Gregory McNeely; and his great grandchildren, Britney Kuykendall, Jack McNeely, Max McNeely, Lily, Brooke and Meadow Tischinae.
