He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Perry and Ora Lena Barker Francis; his wife Ernestine Mary Morrison Francis; his son Ernest; and his siblings, Robert and Mary.
He is survived by: his son Edwin (Mary); his grandchildren, David, Levi, Tammy (Chris) and Brian; his great grandchild Axle; and his siblings, Russell and Emma Bell. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
