She was predeceased by: her husband Ralph C. Smith of Watertown; her parents, Gilbert Born and Edna Groslos Born; her siblings, Margaret, Alvena, Merna, Mary Lou, Carolyn and William; and her grandson Tyler J. Miller.
She is survived by: her children, Jay Smith (Pam), Janet Smith (Phillip) and Jill Miller (John); her grandchildren, Angela Martin (Jarrod), Shannon Allen (Keith), Holly Miller and Samantha Miller; her great grandchildren, Arcadia Miller, Olivia Martin, Jaden Martin, Isabella Allen, Peyton Allen and Grayson Tyler Roseberry; and her sister Betty Jean Born.
In lieu of flowers, Helen's request was to take a special friend to lunch.
