She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Weaver and Kathryn Weaver; and her brother Roger Weaver. She is survived by: her husband Donald Forshey; her daughter Sara Johnson (William); her granddaughters, Alexandra and Scarlett Johnson; and her sisters, Peggy Rush (Phil), Sue Dunn (Mike) and Tina Hornyack (Rudy). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
