He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeffrey Fout and Kimberly Fout (Poston). He is survived by: his significant other Monica Cade; his children, Brandon Fout, Hailey, Devin Litteral and Blaze Cade; his sister Caitlyn Fout (Chad Miller); his nieces and nephews, Olivia Dean, Grant and Hudson Miller; and his close friends, Steve and Kristi Owens.
