With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Twila L. Hoover of Waterford, Ohio, who passed away on October 23, 2022 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil G. Hoover and Lenora Ellis Hoover; her daughter Margy Drayer (Bruce); her siblings, Russell, Roger Hoover, Beverly Roberts and Sharon Brown; her former husband William John Stiers Jr.; and her son-in-law Ted Mower.
She is survived by: her children, Rick Stiers of Waterford, Bill Stiers (Teresa) of Waterford, David Stiers of Waterford, Scott Stiers of Waterford and Cathy Windland (Greg) of Belpre; her siblings, Darlene Hoover of Marietta, Kent of California, Randy of California, Terry of California and Kim Hoover of California; and her brother-in-law David Brown of Cutler. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
