He is survived by: his wife Debbie Hardesty; his children, Rachael Hardesty, Brianna Hardesty, Emily Hardesty (Zachary), Michael Perry (Elizabeth), Melissa Joseph (Cody), Joseph Perry (Tiffany) and Thomas Perry; and his siblings, Michael Hardesty (Melody), Cindy Uppole (Dave), Connie Hardesty, Debbie Pickenpaugh (Dave), Cheryl Blankenship (Dave), Michelle Mugrage, Tim Mugrage and Jimmy Mugrage. He is also survived by ten grandchildren.
