He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert L. Jeffers and Alice Joanne Colmer; and his brother Darrell Swain. He is survived by: his children, Donnie Jeffers of Hackney, Joanna Jeffers of Portersville and Stacy Combs (Jason) of Colonial Beach; his significant other Crystal Jeffers of Waterford; and his siblings, Steve Jeffers (Marcy) of Coal Run, Lesa Jeffers (Randy Ball) of Beverly, Donna Jeffers of Texas, Beth Haynes (Bruce) of Texas, Kim Swain of Florida and Jami Kearns (Dave) of Waterford. He is also survived by daughter; thirteen grandchildren and one great granddaughter.
