He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Webster and Mignon Wiona Regal (Josephsen); and his parents-in-law, Joseph Francis Staud and Audrey Staud Leech. He is survived by: his wife Caryn A. Regal (Staud); his daughter Dr. Julie Regal Gooding (Chris) of Charlotte; his grandchildren, Jackson Baker Gooding and Elizabeth Cate Gooding; and his siblings, Ronna Lindsey of Pennsylvania, Debbie Lovgren (Rich) of Pennsylvania and Robert Regal (Lynda) of Tennessee. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
