He is survived by: his children, Warren Cochran of Waterford, Tiffany Dusenberry (Shaun) of Zanesville, Rachelle Heiss (Cody) of Waterford and Shelbe Cochran of Pomeroy; and his siblings, John Hays of Stockport, Jacie Brown of Stockport and Susan Boggs of Stockport. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and several nieces, nephews.
