He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Allen and Belva West Allen of Waterford, Ohio.; and his siblings, Franklin (Helen), Frederick Allen (Alice) and Mary Louise Bartlett (Elwyn).
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Joan Myers; his children, Cheryl Neill (Tom), Jeffrey Allen, Beverly, Donna Schilling (Neil), Marietta and Kelly Allen (Holly Webb); his grandchildren, Krista Ross (Chad), Tiffany Neill, Justin (Cara), Heath Allen (Miranda) and Kaleena Kelly (Ryan); and his great grandchildren, Karlee, Kholee, Braxton Ross, Carter, Declan, Hunter and Brantly Allen. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
