He was predeceased by: his parents, Oris Hinton and Dorothy Reed Hinton; his daughter Brenda Kay Hinton; and his siblings, Leonard Hinton, Robert Hinton, Gladys Staph and Alice Maxine Hoover.
He is survived by: his children, Sheila Hinton (Jim) of Cincinnati, Debbie Hardesty of Waterford, Scott Hinton (Suzie) of Wichita, John Hinton (Bobbie) of Stanleyville, Jim Hinton (Christa) of Fleming and Patricia Schaad (Rob) of Elk River, Minnesota. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 11th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the McCurdy Funeral Home (309 6th St, Beverly, OH 45715). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 11th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
