He was predeceased by: his parents, William R. Bloxham and Lorene J. Harper Bloxham; and his spouse Lyvonna Diane Morris Bloxham. He is survived by: his son Daniel Bloxham of Waterford; his sister Marjorie Gannett (Raymond) of Waterford; and his nieces, Terri Staschke (Mark) and Jennifer Landes (Mark).
