She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Solinger Sr. and Helen Wilcox Perry; her husband Donald L. Sheely; her son Randy Sheely; and her siblings, Eileen Dean, Ralph and Charles Solinger.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Hall of Leetonia, Dawn Sheely of Washingtonville, Jerry Sheely of Lisbon and Brian Sheely of Leetonia; and her brother Wesley Solinger of Green Valley, AZ. She is also survived by three grandchildren and one great grandchild.
