He is survived by: his parents, Stephen Waugh of Salem and Tracy Waugh (Gilbey); his son Owen Lee Waugh; and his siblings, Matthew Faulkiner (Tiffani) of Youngstown and Heather Luca (Ben) of Alliance. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
