She is survived by: her husband Jack; her children, Kristen Blankenship (John) and Kurt Sheely (Tina); her grandchildren, Destiny Cannon, Kaylee Colkitt, Adyn Ford, Asher, Greyson, Aubree Blankenship, Amber, Adam Hiner, Matt Martin, Christy Martin, Ty Sheely and Steve Martin; her sisters, Linda Steele (Gary) and Nancy Sentinsek (Tony); and her son-in-law Darryl Hiner.
