He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul E. Kaltenbach and Madeline R. Kaltenbach (Cadot); his daughter Karen Sue Kaltenbach; his sister Patricia; and his brothers-in-law, Bernard Ampe and Thomas Nugent.
He is survived by: his significant other Susan; his daughter Paula J.; his son-in-law Timothy A. Henry of Miamisburg, Ohio; his grandson Timothy P. (Jacqueline Severt Henry); his great grandchild Nolan Henry (Dora); his sister Gwen Nugent; his brother-in-law Richard Pitner (Marlene); his nieces, Rochelle of Pennsylvania and Ricca of Pennsylvania; his extended family, Anne Pitner, Jennie Pitner and Jeffrey Carder (Stephanie); his close friend Bill McLaughlin; and also Josh Bargmeyer. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
