We are sad to announce that on July 13, 2024, at the age of 68, Robert Michael Cook of Washington Township, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Dr. Roger Cook and Beverly Cook; his siblings, Deborah Dowling (Greg), John Cook, Christine Cook, Andrew Cook (Susan) and Matthew Cook; his nieces and nephews, Adam Cook, Anthony Cook (Jenn) and Lauren Huizenga (Jordan); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jackson, Avery Cook, Charlotte and Michael Huizenga. He was also cherished by his family and friends.
