She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Frei; and her brothers, Clyde Barger and Chester Barger. She is survived by: her sons, Bill Bibb (Mary Beth) and Donald Bibb; her grandchildren, Crystal, Sherry, Kagan, Gracie, Serenity, Charles and Sam; and her siblings, Gaston Barger, Robert Barger, Tracy Barger, Geneal Barger, Rose Hubbard, Barbara Moore, Carolyn Barger, Claudia Stutz and Lois Jenny Barger.
