He was predeceased by: his grandparents, George, Marie Dyer, John and Pauline Smith; and his aunt Sylvia Davis.
He is survived by: his parents, Michael Smith and Kathy Smith; his brother David Smith (Maddie Earls); his aunts and uncles, Larry Dyer (Myra), Tim Dyer, Ed Dyer (Annette), Regina Glascock (Dennis) and Cynthia Petrey (Phil); and his cousins, Connie Jump, Deanna Shrag, Tim Petrey, Chris Davis, Jeff Davis, Nicole Rigling, Chassity Glascock, Holly Hanson, Amy Dyer, Brittany Riffe-Ries and Hannah Nowlin. He is also survived by cousins, extended family, and friends.
