She is survived by: her husband Warren Arthur; her children, Laura and David; her grandchildren, Max and Annika; her siblings, Anne, Carl, Donald, Christopher, Jeffrey, William and Paul; and also Phyllis Battigaglia. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a donation in Cathy's name to the Wounded Warrior Project or another worthy charity of your choice.
