Margie Milligan Neff Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margie Milligan Neff of Washington Township, Ohio, born in Toronto, Ohio, who passed away on December 29, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William E Milligan and Gaynelle Ingram Milligan; and her sister Rebecca Milligan Evanosky. She is survived by: her husband Robert D Neff; her daughters, Linda Neff (Charles) of Milwaukee, WI and Amy Shuttle (Sam Shuttle) of Bristol, VA; her granddaughters, Meredith Kovar (Sean Kovar) and Helen Hardinger (Olyver Blakeway); her sister Wanda Elwell; and her friends, Jane Weltz and Fran Baldridge. She is also survived by numerous first cousins, nieces, nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions to the Dayton Woman's Club, a non-profit organization empowering women since 1916, at 225 North Ludlow Street, Dayton, OH 45402.
