She was predeceased by: her parents, Keith Jacobson and Rosemarie Jacobson (Hauser); her sister Loralee; and her grandson Chase. She is survived by: her husband Bob; her children, Matthew Schmitt (Elizabeth), Lisa Gilpin (Douglas), Dan Schmitt (Shawn), Mark Schmitt (Joy), Jeff Schmitt, Rob Schmitt (Cindy), Tim Schmitt and Allyson Brogan (Sean); her grandchildren, Grace, Andrew, Joshua, Sam, Jessica, Addie, Caroline, Libby, Schuyler, Riley, Hailey, Skylar, Jagger, Ryan, Evelyn, Bennett, Laney and Miles; her great grandchild Brooks; and her sister Karen Bloomquist. She is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Routsong Funeral Home - Centerville (81 N Main St, Centerville, OH 45459). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Church of the Incarnation (55 Williamsburg Ln, Centerville, OH 45459).
