Emily Luhn Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Emily Luhn of Washington Township, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 10, 2025 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Jacobson and Irene Jacobson (Kohls); her husband Donald L. Luhn; her sons, Gregory and Michael; and her sister Patricia Palmer.
She is survived by: her children, Frank Luhn (Lisa), Susan Cauley (Patrick), Charles Luhn (Donna) and Annette Gordon (David); her grandchildren, Frank Luhn, Abigail Luhn, Matthew Luhn (Megan) and Emily Jiao (Penfie); her great grandchild Alice Jiao; and her sister Mary Ann Howe. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws; and many dear friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Tobias Funeral Home (3970 Dayton Xenia Rd, Dayton, OH 45432). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Church of the Incarnation (7415 Far Hills Ave, Dayton, OH 45459).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests for donations in Emily's name to be made to either SICSA of Dayton or Church of the Incarnation.
