He is survived by: his wife Annette; his children, Zachery Burrell, Caleb Burrell and Jared Burrell; his grandchildren, Sharon E. Burrell, Jaidan Burrell and Mason Burrell; and his friend Leonard Davis.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to American Institute for Cancer Research or Cancer Fighters.
