It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Beverly E. Cook (Washington Township, Ohio), born in Hastings, Minnesota, who passed away on February 12, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Albin Schmitz and Ethel Schmitz; and her son Matthew H. Cook. She is survived by: her husband Roger H. Cook M. D; her children, Deborah Dowling (Greg), Christine Ann Cook, John R. Cook, Robert M. Cook M. D and Andrew P. (Susan); her grandchildren, Adam Cook, Anthony Cook (Jennifer) and Lauren Huizenga (Jordan); her great grandchild Jackson J. Cook; and her sisters, Patricia Schmitz and Mary Rohr. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Shriners Hospital for Children or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
