He is survived by: his sons, Rev. Tom Rhoads (Vicky) and Ed Rhoads; his grandchildren, Shane Rhoads, Joshua Rhoads (Sarah), Brad Rhoads (Beth), Justin Rhoads (Katrina), Danny Evans and Gabrielle Evans; his sister-in-law Maxine Mead; his niece Angie Doles (Jeff); and his friends, Joe Hemsley (Christy) and Juanita Davis (Dick).
Viewing was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the WCH Church of the Nazarene (990 State Rte 41, Washington Court House, OH 43160). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Twin Township Cemetery.
