She is survived by: her daughter Samantha Fitzpatrick (Daniel); her grandchildren, Brooklynn and Hanna Fitzpatrick; and her siblings, Bonnie Smith (Jeff), Rose Shoemaker (Jeff), Charlotte Roberts (Tony), April Mitsui (Sam), Jeffrey Waulk (Jessica) and Rex Cundiff (Shawnda). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
