She is survived by: her parents, Virginia Cambell Otis of Washington and John Faxon Otis of Washington; her grandfather William McCague Campbell; her spouse George Bailey; her daughter Ann Elizabeth Bailey (Star) of California; and her siblings, Elizabeth Otis Dawson (Bud) of Washington and John F. Otis Jr.. She is also survived by four nieces, two nephews and 14 grandnieces and nephews.
