He is survived by: his wife Cleotta V. Raines (Adams); his children, Teresa J. Merritt (Steve) and Rex M. Raines (Karen); and his grandchildren, Kelli Bullens (Jason), Staci Merritt, Tamika Mallow (Mark), Clayton Raines, Allie Raines and Torri Raines. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
