He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Overly and Jean Overly (Cox); his wife Rhonda; his daughter Stephanie Lynn Overly; his brothers, Mike Overly Nick Haynes and Jerry Haynes; and his aunt Betty Haynes.
He is survived by: his daughters, April Barr (Casey) of Lebanon and Andrea Campbell (Bryan) of Bainbridge; his grandchildren, Ahneka, Amelya Campbell, Alaina, Trevor, Hailey and Lindsay Barr; and his siblings, Vicki McGuire (Larry), Marsha Phillips (Carl) and Terry Overly (Becky). He is also survived by his many extended family members and friends.
