She is survived by: her children, Ashley Rhoads (Talon Groves) and Ron Self; her close friend Michael White; her grandson Arlo Rhoads; her siblings, Loretta Self and Eddie Dean Self; her nephew J. D. Self; and her close friend Randy Moore. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
