She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Rowe and Barbara Rowe (Dearth); and her brother Timothy Rowe. She is survived by: her daughter Nakeisha Rowe; and her siblings, Susan Creed, Cynthia Jacobs (Richard), Douglas Rowe (Nancy), Lori Rowe Rhonemus and Jamie Rowe. She is also survived by her many extended family members and friends.
