We are sad to announce that on December 5, 2024, at the age of 42, Samantha Sue (Self) Garrison (Washington Court House, Ohio) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Stephen Self. She is survived by: her husband Rick Garrison; her daughters, Kendal and Karley Garrison; her mother Debbie Self; her brothers, Brandon Self (April) and Shane Self; her siblings-in-law, Teresa Raisch (Sid), Renee Banks (Joe) and Kevin Garrison (Amber); her nieces and nephews, Alora Self, Surina Kleidt, Cleo, Olivia Garrison, Katie Wright (Garrison), Parker, Peyton, Tristan Self, Thomas Ball (Cheyanne), Garrison Banks, Owen, Kevin and Christian Raisch; her great-nephew Killian Ball; her mother-in-law Wanda Garrison; her aunts, Jeannie Schleigh (Dan), Missy Wilkerson, Pam Johnson (Mark) and Claudia Hidy; her caregiver Eileen Doyle; and her friends, Toni Speakman (Writsel), Stephanie Whalen (Johnson), Amy McBee and Toni Knox. She is also survived by friends, cousins.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Grace Community Church (525 Glenn Ave, Washington Court House, OH 43160). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to the Kendal and Karley Garrison Fund at Merchants National Bank in Washington CH or that you simply take a moment to be present for someone you love, as Sam always was.
