She is survived by: her children, Larry "Dean" Self (Jana), Cindy Self and Stacey Self (Katrina); her grandchildren, Salina Tong (Brad), Keith Self, Kevin Self, Sabrina Montgomery, Amber Cole (Todd), Holly Self (Charlie), Johnson, Justin Self (Tara), Cayleb Siacca-Cox (Jesslynn), Brayeson Self and Bleighton Self; and her great grandchildren, Kylee Tong, Kamryn Tong, Hunter Tong, Goldie Cole, Khloie Noelle Self, Khloie Blanche, Owen Self, Kaylen Siacca-Cox and Brantley Siacca-Cox. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
