He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Smith (Toops); his daughters, Sandie Brown (Roy Payton) and Joyce Taylor (Rick); his grandchildren, Jason Brown and Jessica Adams (Justin); his great grandchildren, Hunter, Addilynn, Chloe Brown, Oaklee, Frankie and Birdie Adams; and his siblings, James "Buck" Smith, Lillian "Lil" Rodgers and Patricia "Ann" Rupert (TR). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
