He is survived by: his wife Toni Lynn Fast (Penwell); his sons, Chad Fast (Shoshannah) and Chase Fast (Candice); his siblings, Wanda Coil, Daisy Shiltz (Steve), John Woodrow (Carla) and Linda Hartsaugh; and his friend Sheena Fast. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins.
