It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norma Jean Morales of Washington Court House, Ohio, born in West Portsmouth, Ohio, who passed away on February 28, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William W. Owens and Zella M. Tolliver Owens Ennis; her children, Nada Jean Wheeling, Marty Wheeling and Tracy Morales; and her brother William'Rocky'Owens.

She is survived by: her son Mark Morales of Middletown; her grandchildren, Jeremy Morales (Bry), Portia Vincent (Johnny) and Kasi Morales; her great grandchildren, Alexia, Aliyah, Merlin, Colton, Clayton, Caroline, Matthew and Mason; her sister-in-law Edith Owens; her nephew William "Hoss" Owens of Springfield, TN; and her niece Janet Marie Phillips of Ft. Walton Beach, FL..
