He is survived by: his wife Connie Marie Coulter (Graham); his children, Aubrey Johnson, Christine Coulter and Joshua Coulter; his grandchildren, Chacy, Drake, Dasia, Ahliza and Aiden; and his sister Rosemary Anders. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and so many very special friends.
