He was predeceased by: his father Thomas F. Adams; his brother Tom Adams; and his brother-in-law Matt Cordial. He is survived by: his wife Vickie "Shelly" Cordial; his children, Holly Chamberlin (John) of Washington, C. H. and Tony Adams (Natasha) of London, Ohio; and his grandchildren, Austin, Lilly, Haylee, Payton and Savannah.
