He is survived by: his mother Joyce Mae Gregory (Ward) of Lynchburg; his children, Rhea Gregory, Kacie Gregory and Devin Gregory; and his siblings, Homer Scott Gregory, Valerie Mullikin of South Salem and Teresa Saucedo (Bob) of Peebles. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
