He was predeceased by: his parents, James S. Gibbs and Edna Ruth Gibbs (Cole); his grandson Cody Clay; and his sister Nancy K. Graves. He is survived by: his brother James R. Gibbs (Susan) of Cincinnati, Ohio; his children, Brandon Gibbs of Florida and April Leonard of Hillsboro; his stepchildren, Todd Clay (Leisa), Leanne Haffner (Ronnie) and Holly Clay (Don); his grandchildren, Zach Clay (Olivia), Jake Clay (Sarah), Alexis Meddock, Dillon Jones and Kylee Jones; his great grandchildren, Tyler, Remi Clay, Levi Hailey, Blake and Sophia Clay; and his brother-in-law Richard Graves.
