He is survived by: his mother Bertha; his brothers, Timothy Skaggs (Renee) and Michael Skaggs (Cindy); his children, Jonathan Skaggs (Rebecca), Brian Skaggs (Megan Wilson), Audrey and Karen Skaggs; his grandchildren, Wyatt, Lucy, Eli and Brandon Banks (Sarah); and his great grandchildren, Janta, Noah and Lola.
