He was predeceased by: his parents, Cline Smith and Barbara Workman; his brother Charles Smith; and his son Jared Smith. He is survived by: his wife Renee L. Smith; and his children, Jeremy, James Patrick, Mirage Jent, Danielle Rundio (Derrick Williams), Christopher Rundio (Heather Rundio), Heidi Rundio and Stephanie Huddleston (Kevin Huddleston). He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
