It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James L. Haines (Washington Court House, Ohio), born in Clinton County, Ohio, who passed away on April 22, 2023, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Billy Loren Haines; and his great-nephew Hayden Chance Ramsey. He is survived by: his sisters, Judy Rambo (Tom) and Melodi Ramsey (Bugs); his nephews, Chris Rambo (DeAnn Helfrich) and Scott Ramsey (Beth); his niece Lisa Robinette (Nathan); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Morgan Wilson-Grover (Chas), Jazzy Robinette (Ethan Kingery), Javin, Trey, Luke Robinette and Mason Smith; and also, Rowan Wilson-Grover and Cooper Kingery.
