He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his children, Katherine Jean Teter (Aaron) of New Holland, Patricia Hope Kelley (Ryan) of Syracuse, Zack Adam Schultheis (Lauren Ketcham) of New Lexington and Joseph Brendon Schultheis (Chelsie) of New Lexington, Ohio; his grandchildren, Owen Teter, Reagan Schultheis, Annabel Teter, Nolan Schultheis, Wyatt Kelley and Dylan Schultheis; his siblings, Nancy Callahan (Schultheis) of Bartlesville, Oklahoma, James "Jim" Schultheis of Deland, Florida and Stephen Schultheis of Laguna Hills, California; his sister-in-law Marilyn of Laguna Hills, California; and his friend Jim Delph of Fairborn, Ohio..
