He was predeceased by: his parents, Patsy Verderano and Lydia Verderano (Shanks); and his siblings, Mary, Joe, Carl, Chester, Melvin and Leo.

He is survived by: his siblings, Berdena M. Gardner and Dale Verderano; his daughter Diane Verderano; his brother-in-law Frank Deskins; and his close friends, Butch and Betty Deskins. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
