He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Groves, and Virginia Groves, Sr. (Sealine); and his sister Ellen Mick. He is survived by: his wife Willa Jean Francis; his children, Deborah Gibson (Richard) of Middletown and William Francis (Julia); his grandchildren, Kristin, Tyler, Caleb, Selena, Nykiah, Jordan and Jayden; his sisters, Rosemary Daugherty, Brenda Groves, Linda Eldridge (James), Patty Smith, Jane Ann Dean, Norma Nelson, Betty Groves and Barb Willet (Rick); his brother-in-law Wayne Mick; and his close friend Jason Boggs. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
