He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Yankey and Eliza Yankey (Taylor); his children, Tina Yankey and Gregory Richardson; and his siblings, Helen Yankey, Robert Lee Yankey, Ronnie Yankey and Lawrence Yankey.
He is survived by: his children, Donald Yankey, Jr. of Washington, C. H., Shelley Yankey of Hillsboro and Herman Richardson (Shelia). He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, and many great grandchildren.
