With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Deborah S. Simmons of Washington Court House, Ohio, who passed away on January 14, 2024 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Cottrell and Garnett Roberts Cottrell; and her husband William E. Simmons. She is survived by: her children, John Hawkins (Jenifer) of Hillsboro, Mindy Houser (John) of Chillicothe and Eric Hawkins (Sarah); and her friend Precious. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, one great-grandchild, one sister, one brother.
